I got blisters on every single run the first two months of training for my first marathon. I looked up Women's Running in Amazon, and up popped these socks. After ordering a pair to try out, I soon fell in love. I have not had a single blister since. My feet are also cooler and drier than with my old socks. Definitely recommend to runners or people who get blisters easily.

I purchased these as a second set of compression sleeves so that one could be in the wash. The other pair I have are the 2XU sleeves that I bought for a LOT more money at a local running store. Although the 2XUs are a little cooler (temperature-wise), being all Lycra, the CEP sleeves offer much better compression. No only do I have rather impressive varicose veins that get more pronounced and painful when I run, I recently switched my gait to a mid-foot strike from a heel strike to cut down on knee and hip injury, and my calves were screaming until I started using compression sleeves. These sleeves provide more than ample support for both issues. There is a noticeable difference in the reduced amount of calf pain I experience with these sleeves over the 2XUs. Also, these look a bit more like socks, so they don't look quite so weird when I'm wearing them to run or bike.

I use these socks underneath my motorcycle boots or workboots. They keep my feet dry and comfortable well past a 12 hour shift. They a very light and thin, even though they are double layered. They are also the only socks I've worn while riding that allows me to feel the breeze through my vented boots.
Two warnings though. Because this sock is so thin/light it lets you know "exactly" how comfortable (or not) your shoes really are. You also need to be very careful washing them. I only wash/dry them by hand or on the delicate cycle. Using that method my socks have lasted over a year now with only one or two unraveling thread scares.

I bought these socks not knowing much about them other than their advertised anti blister system and their moisture control. They are amazing - I have always had blister troubles following hiking and these socks really work -no more blisters! I know they are expensive but they are really worth it! Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. I just ordered more of them.

Wrightsocks are my absolute favorite sock for running (3-10 miles a day), hiking, or just taking with me when I know I will be doing a lot of walking. They are superb at preventing blisters, while still being thin enough to not require an adjustment in your normal shoe sizing. The crew socks are a nice addition to have when on vacation and walking a lot, or otherwise needing a dressier performance sock.

I've been on a quest to get decent ankle socks for a while. I tried to cheap sets and found them to either to shrink significantly after washing and/or to slide down in the shoe--and often come off when I take the shoe off. These are more expensive but quite comfortable, haven't shrunk, and stay on the feet.

I had previously purchased gray wrightsocks in size medium at REI and loved them. They fit very well, didn't bunch, and were great for a long day of hiking.
I purchased these because I preferred the black color over gray. Much to my dismay, despite the fact that they are the same size, they are a terrible fit. They bunch up on my feet because they are too loose.
Buyer beware, not all wrightsocks are sized the same apparently.

I bought these socks when I started training for a marathon. I'm about 3/4 way through my training, and I wear these socks every time I have a longer distance (12+ miles) run. They are great. I've had trouble in the past with traditional running socks, getting blisters between my toes, and having bruised toenails. Since wearing these socks, I've had less bruising, and NO blisters at all. I will be buying more if I continue to distance run after I finish this training program and run the marathon.

For those like me prone to blisters, the construction of WrightSocks helps reduce the friction on the skin during hiking and exercise. These Cool Mesh socks don't provide as much protection as the Comfort version I usually prefer, but they're great for hot weather when perspiration and heat make all foot covering uncomfortable.

Had previously purchased these socks at an REI in Denver, CO. All three of these pairs are unravelling at the seam where the two darker colors are sewn together on the side of the foot. and, after only one washing!!! Too bad, as it appears that QC was non-existent on these.

Best running sock on the market. I run 50-60 miles a week and don't wear any other brand of socks. They have the perfect balance between fit and cushioning. Even on long runs the socks wick away moisture and your feet stay dry and blister free. A warning about the anklet sock of the same brand. This sock is good for short runs or speed workouts. Not good for long runs because the top of sock around the ankle tends to slide down into your shoe.

I wear an 11W in women's shoes, bought the size Large, and they fit perfectly. I love the no-sock look with my sneakers. I don't live in a very cold climate, so these are warm enough for me 99% of the time. They are very comfortable for either working out or daily wear. The back tab on the ankle is very important to prevent shoes from rubbing up against the crook of the ankle. These are my favorite lo-cut style from Wrightsock. They do not pill, shed or leave fuzz behind at all. The only drawback is that they do get pulled threads & the elastic wears out rather quickly & easily, hence the four stars instead of five. The quarter socks don't seem to have this problem, just the lo-cut ones that are very thin like these are. For the time they last, though, they are comfortable, they breathe & they look good.

These socks are thin and supportive. I have found them to wear out a bit faster than I would like...by that I mean the elasticity. But I do not want thick (like Thorlo) socks on my feet and I play a lot of tennis. These work for me.

I love these socks. However, they run very small! I have a size 7 woman's and the medium are small. I've bought these socks before in size medium and they fit great, so I'm not sure what's going on with the sizing. I'm going to have to buy large and give away these medium. Although finding someone with a smaller foot will be a challenge and I'm spending more money.

These are my all time favorite running socks. The originals were also good, but much thicker so they got pretty hot. But the 'coolmesh' on these does a great job of keeping your feel cool and blister free.

I'm not a serious runner, I only run 3-6 miles, 2-4 times a week. But even at that mileage, shoes and socks start to get pretty important.
I used to get Blisters on a couple toes almost every time I ran... Now with these socks... no more blisters... happy feet! Worth the money.
The two layers of the sock allow the friction to take place in between the layers and away from my skin.
This is my second time buying these, the first ones are still holding out fine after a couple years... so I think the quality is pretty good.
