I have been using this product for about a month. I have been sick and lost alot of my hair. I took different types of vitiamns trying to get it to grow back, nothing worked. This product really seems to work best when combined with Rogaine foam (2x a day), along with saw palmetto, flaxseed oil, and biotin. Have been using for about 5 months now, and really notice a difference. Also seems to get rid of a few gray hairs that I had, but not sure if this product had anything to do with that. Recommended in combination with a few other things daily, and you will see some level of regrowth, and healthier hair.
