These strappy strips really work. I have a pair of exquisite lovely leather sling backs but the straps kept slipping. It made the shoes pinch in the front and were uncomfortable to wear even for a short time. I thought I'd have to give them up. After I put these strips on the straps, the shoes were perfect. By keeping the straps in place, it helped distribute the foot into the shoe. My gorgeous leathers were back to being exquisite...and...comfortable. 100% improvement on the comfort level.

My husband purchsed this to wear back to work after an extended time off due to an achilles injury. He was disappointed in how flimsy it was and it really made no significant difference at all.

I purchased this because I have narrow heels. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it slides up some when I put on my socks. I have a very wide forefoot and narrow heels. Heel huggers makes my shoes more comfortable.

These heel adhesives are life-savers when it comes to ending irritation from back-of-the-shoe friction. They are soft and cushy, and fit snugly with a strong adhesive. They also work wonders if the shoes in question are just a tad loose. One word of caution: don't use these on shoes that are already very snug or tight, because they do take up some real estate, and may make your shoes unwearable if they are already small! Other than that, however, I highly recommend them.
