My fiancee (who is an average-height female at 5'4") used this when she fractured her fourth toe on her right foot. We wanted a product that would allow her to use the "buddy" method to heal the toe. Six weeks later she took it off for good. The toe healed perfectly straight. The only drawback she had to this whole process was that the product cinched her toe rather tightly while it was first swollen. Given the results, she felt this was an easy 5-star review and recommendation.
