I picked up 2 four packs of this stuff at a gas station as the packaging reminded me of the old ephedra plus. This supplement is nothing short of what it advertises. I find it better than ephedra. I ordered the 5 pack immediatley. It especially helps me when I am writing. The effects last but don't effect my sleep. If it did, I'd just take another. It says 2 a day but I'd stick with half or one. A+, bravo, HIGHly recomended, get the drift? ; )
