I've been using Foosh Energy Mints for over a year now. I love 'em!
I decided to save money and do something for my health by cutting out soda. I was spending way too much for caffeinated soda at work. After much research, I came across this great alternative to Mountain Dew and the like. I got a water bottle and just fill up with water. I'm drinking more water and saving a bunch.
The secret to getting all the caffeine into your bloodstream with these is to let them dissolve in your mouth, not crunch 'em down immediately. By letting them slowly dissolve in your mouth the caffeine gets to your bloodstream as quick as it can though the the network of veins under your tongue. Some prescriptions are marked to be taken "sub-lingually" or put under your tongue. It's one of the quickest ways to get something into your system. Foosh Energy Mints are perfect, taken this way.
I usually take one in the morning, like a cup of coffee. Each mint has the caffeine equivalent to one cup of coffee. After lunch, I usually have another one, and if needed one more later in the afternoon. I'm probably taking in less caffeine this way, because it gets into my system quicker than through a soda in the stomach.
