I wear an 11W in women's shoes, bought the size Large, and they fit perfectly. I love the no-sock look with my sneakers. I don't live in a very cold climate, so these are warm enough for me 99% of the time. They are very comfortable for either working out or daily wear. The back tab on the ankle is very important to prevent shoes from rubbing up against the crook of the ankle. These are my favorite lo-cut style from Wrightsock. They do not pill, shed or leave fuzz behind at all. The only drawback is that they do get pulled threads & the elastic wears out rather quickly & easily, hence the four stars instead of five. The quarter socks don't seem to have this problem, just the lo-cut ones that are very thin like these are. For the time they last, though, they are comfortable, they breathe & they look good.
