I ran out of Abreva during my latest cold sore attack and the store was out. Nexcare was on sale, plus it was a package of two, so I figured I'd give it a try. I didn't notice my sore healing appreciably faster than without anything, so I won't be seeking out the product again, but the one thing I did like, is that the benzocaine numbed the sore just a little. Since I have it, I'll be using it but I'll also pick up some Abreva before my next attack.
