I bought these because of a rave review I heard on the radio. These shears are FAR inferior to my Messmeister shears. I used the Kershaw's for the first time last night on a chicken. Using 2 hands I could not cut through the chicken. The Messmeister's cut the chicken like I was cutting paper!! Don't waste your money on the Kershaw's.
