This stuff is awesome and I highly recommend it! My lips are sensitive and recently started splitting and pealing I think because of an allergic reaction to some new acne medician I've been using. They were sore, red, cracked, pealing and a cause of major pain and frustration for me for over a week until I found this stuff! The smell and taste are really nice (very natural, like green tea), it provides a bit of a cooling effect on sore lips, the feel is very soft and not overly sticky, and has been a really big help in healing my lips in a very short time (I noticed a major difference within hours). I didn't notice the white film that others have mentioned, but then again anything would look better than how my lips previously looked!
Definitely try this out if you're having troubles with sore, cracked lips, whether from a cold or other reasons. I highly recommend it!
